In my recent research on the Web, I came across a link to a list of top Health 2.0 blogs.
Apparently, RNCentral.com, a site for registered nurses and those interested in the profession, put together this great list of very authoritative blog destinations. I read quite a few of these blogs myself and the list even alerted me to some new ones such as iHealthBeat.
