In 2012, I wrote a blog post called Sustain or Die: The Rise of Public Health 2.0 that was part frustration and part call to action. I wanted to highlight the need to create more sustainable ways to protect the public’s health. This manifesto is a direct result of seeing and learning about opportunities that can make this happen.
